More sunscreen. Seriously. And aloe gel, for when you fry up like an egg (which will probably happen no matter what you do). Have fun!
You probably only need five sets of underwear since you'll already be wearing some the first day. Also remember it's gonna be hot. You could probably get away with two shirts.
If you're water coloring away from a water source it's good to have a small glass jar with a lid (for water).
Not seeing any pocket-sized tissues.
Also, don't forget insect repellent and mosquito coils although they are readily available in Mexico.
